If it’s big. . . start planning the framework now. Figure out the small steps you need to take, when you need to take them, and then start walking in that direction.
If it’s small. . . just do it. Do it now.
Today, I am working on some big plans. Something I have always wanted to do–I am working with a group of like-minded people to start providing FREE spay/neuter services to people in Freeport. It will take us a little time to figure out how to best make it work, but we will get there some day by starting today.
I am also doing some small things today: I started back on my FitBit tracking so that I can take better care of this body I need to live in for what I hope will be a long time to come. I need to eat, sleep, and exercise better so that I can be healthier for those I am here to serve. Major changes in lifestyle start with a single step, so I took that step today. I will take it day by day and try to do better each day.
